Shipping information

We currently ship to New Zealand and Australia

New Zealand:

Please allow from 2 to 5 business days for NZ Delivery
$8 Flat shipping fee applies within NZ

* From time-to-time, conditions outside our control may occur and packages may be delayed. We will work with you and the responsible shipping company to mediate any issues that may arise.

Returns

Please check your item once it arrives, to make sure everything is ok.

Faulty:
We will always check for any signs of damage or any issues before shipping, but in the event we have overlooked something or the item was damaged in transit, and an item arrives faulty, please contact us immediately so we can assess it. We will first make efforts to fix it, but in some cases we will offer a refund.

Change of mind:
Sometimes, by just looking online, we can't get the real feeling of the product. If when the item arrives, you decide it isn't for you, please fill out the Contact Form with information on your order and return and wait on return instructions.

Please make sure:


1. The item returned is unused, in original conditions, with original wrapping


2. Request returns within 10 days from arrival.

In case the item returned is not in original conditions, or returned outside the 10 day returning period, for any reason, we reserve the right to refuse to accept the return and resend the item back to you.

Return costs is responsibility of the buyer.
